Our laboratory works with different cell populations from human andφ mouse in effort to study HIV pathogenesis and treatment. We often purify cell "populations from human PBMC or mouse spleens, bone marrow, brain etc. We use Miltenyi t←echnology for all of our cell population isolations including the appropriate beαads and a multistand with magnets that allows labelled cells to be retained to the column÷ via magnetic interactions, while the rest of the cells go through.
